I stayed at this boutique hotel located in a beautiful old palace with a charming internal courtyard. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was small but adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure my car was taken care of and assisting with any queries I had. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the service was good. a lovely stay with a peaceful ambiance.

The checking-in process was a bit lengthy, with multiple people checking in at the same time.

The location is fantastic! It's just a stone's throw away from a major tourist attraction. Plus, it's within walking distance of the medieval area, making it easy to explore the city. Another great thing about the hotel is the peaceful and calming atmosphere. It's like entering a whole new world, far away from the hustle and bustle of the streets outside.

The shower was a bit small and the noise from the street below could be heard due to single glazing. the curtains didn't fully close, which affected the privacy in the room.

As young families, we loved the hotel's location right by the Vatican, allowing us to easily visit St. Peter's and explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was ready for us even though we arrived early. The rooms were quiet and had great blackout curtains, perfect for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was excellent, which was necessary during the hot weather. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of food, including hams, cheeses, fruits, and hot dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon. We also enjoyed relaxing in the garden bar in the evenings.

One thing that could be improved is offering tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It would have been nice to have the convenience of making a hot drink in the comfort of our own room.
